In view of these situations, Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) is taking the following actions to ensure that applicants can still have an opportunity to apply for 2021 enrollment.

We will now also be accepting IELTS Indicator as an official English language proficiency test score for international undergraduate applicants.
