To prepare for liability accidents in the daily lives of international students studying at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, this system aims to facilitate smooth entry into rental housing and protect the students’ lives. The Guarantor Compensation System, operated by Creohuman, provides compensation to the guarantor (Ritsumeikan or faculty) if the international student cannot fulfill their obligations. This system reduces the burden on guarantors by covering up to 500,000 yen. For more detailed information, please access here.

As indicated on the invoice for the entrance procedure fee, the guarantor compensation system is applicable only to those enrolling in September 2024. Please note that from April 2025 enrollment onwards, only the payment for the Gakken disaster comprehensive student life insurance will be required.
